The dinner was the only good thing , very tasty dishes
We decided to change the hotel where we always go for our anniversary with this one. Big mistake. At first everything’s good, quick response to out inquiries , early check-in with room upgrade . Pity that we found the upgrade price in the bill. They canceled it after we make it present but however be careful and check your bill. We also found the price of the little anniversary cake on the bill, 29€ . Never ever have we experienced such a thing , in Alto Adige or somewhere else. They also charged the water . At almost 500€ a night and very expensive wine list at least leave out the 4€ for the water . All this were not even the worst things that happened at that hotel. With free tables in the main dining room in front of the windows , we were seated back in a small and tight little place with kitchen view. We asked for another table , the maitre ‘’allowed’’the change. In the main dining room where only Germans , this must be the reason that we had to stay separate. Someone tell the maitre that is not allowed to do this things ! Also note for the staff responding to emails : it’s not enough to send email saying you will give us a nice table for celebrating our anniversary if you’re not going to do it!

First time in Südtirol and our stay at the Muchele made it a memorable one. A beautiful run family hotel .
The staff were just amazing, friendly and efficient. The location and set up and the furnishings were brilliant.
